I mixed 1oz selenium to 20oz of water, I left them in the selenium for 6 minutes but i don't see a difference. I washed the prints for 5 minutes. I would apriciate the help. The effects of Selenium toning vary widely, especially on RC paper and at higher dilutions. At it should be regarded as an archival preparation with little or no change in appearance resulting. Experiment with stronger dilutions, for example, and longer immersion times, up to 15 minutes. However wetting RC paper for long periods can lead to edge staining as the paper delaminates, so leave a generous boarded for trimming when dry.
